Cement is derived from the Latin meaning caementum adhesive. Interpreted as an adhesive cement which has properties capable of binding materials - solid material into a strong unity. Domestic cement demand continues to increase every year, in 2014 is estimated to increase 6% -8%. PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk is a producer of cement, ready-mixed concrete and aggregates as well as offering a comprehensive solution leading to the construction of the house which operates three cement factories in Narogong, West Java, Cilacap, Central Java and Tuban, East Java, as well as cement grinding plant in Ciwandan, Banten, West Java . PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap plant continues to innovate to meet the needs of the domestic market, one of which is the addition of grinding aid in cement grinding process end. It is expected that with the addition of grinding aid can improve the production and quality of the cement, and clinker factor targets by 2014 up to 70% can be achieved. If this target can be achieved will impact the company's production cost savings (cost savings) and reduce the environmental impact of CO2 emissions on global warming. The method used for the research data is linear regression with SPSS software version 16. Normality test data showed normally distributed data. Multiple linear regression could not be used to predict the ratio of 702 A and Hi 2822 N towards subtlety, time early binding, late binding time, compressive strength 3, 7, 28 days.The optimum grinding aid doses are Hi 2822 N is 500 ppm and 702 A is 100 ppm.Keywords: Cement, grinding aid, quality.
