The large amount of equipment in Rifenery Unit IV Pertamina Cilacap to be done to restore the maintenance of equipment as standard, maintain and improve equipment reliability while resources are limited maintenance costs. It required facilities / tools that can make the job a priority refers to the risk. Where the risks are multiplying probability of damage to the consequence. This study, conducted this assessment using the method Functional System Criticality Analysis (FSCA) / Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA) to obtain risk ranking. To do an assessment FSCA / ECA company must have a data destruction equipment that never happened, the time to implement improvements, shutdown and start-up time and a loss margin when the equipment is damaged. With the risk map then have priority maintenance can be easier. Value criticality of equipment after maintenance that will effectively change becomes lower. After the assessment will be produced top four equipment so that maintenance can focus down to 4 equipment that often cause problems that occur unplant plant shutdown. By having a map of the risk assessment of the results of the ECA FSCA and maintenance priorities can be more easily. Value criticality of equipment after maintenance that will effectively change becomes lower.
