PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MEMBUBUT DASAR SISWA SMK MELALUI MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD)

Abstrak

The purpose of research of action of class is to increases motivation and achievement of student learning SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto through study model of co-operative type Student Teams Achievement Division ( STAD). This research executed at class 2 Machining Technique (TP) 2 SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto District of Purwokerto West. This research activity executed at even semester of School year 2007 - 2008. This research variable is motivation and achievement of student learning SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto in study works by using lathe at discussion fundamental lathes base. For data analysis which has collected applied by statistical analysis Deskriptis Kuantitatif with calculating plane value - plane in each cycle. Result of research of action of this class is: 1) improvement of motivation of student learning at cycle 1 average value 18,23 with high criterion, at cycle 2 average value 20 with high criterion, and at cycle 3 average value 19,33 with high criterion. 2) achievement enhancer of student learning: For cycle I is obtained average of class 68,8 completely equal to 53%. For cycle II is obtained average of class 79,83 with ketuntusan 87 %. While for cycle III is obtained by mean 87,53 completely 97 %.
