This brief handing out elaborate what and how satisfaction in working can be felt by each;every worker. Simply satisfaction can mean of attitude, evaluatif and of apresiasif related to individual mood and feeling, because of this matter concerning pleasing or unpleasantly to what have been reached for, to be felt result of him, from what have been done. By teoritik satisfaction in working can be seen to three kinds of approach, that is : (1) psychologi, (2) approach of physical, (3) approach of value, (4) approach of management. While cause of satisfaction appearance or dissatisfation in working can be seen from (1) requirement theory (Abraham Maslow), (2) achievement theory (David Mc Celland), and (3) theory two factor(Hezberg).
Conclusion of this description is, that satisfaction of some one in working very have the character of and abstraction of individualis, because this matter relate to motivational level and type and also requirement of is each individual. But that way labour and guarantee appearance satisfaction of activity in officer x'self is to represent matter which must be paid attention by company management party.
