One of coused of defect naturally is corrosion, its caused shorten time of use, metal fatique and decrease productifitions, one of system industries have use many equipment caused of corrosion is PLTG, PLTU, and Other that environment situation and air contined corrosion agent, corrosion flow fluid with high temperature and presure is cavitation and corrosion, kinetic energy of fluid will damage part in second, cycle of water hamer as long as will cause its, that’s be anodic and easy to attack from erosion, its named corrosion by dinamic strain. Heat Excanger is one of main equipment that support and influence performance of system, protecting heat exchanger from corrosion will influence time of use, and increasing net work of system. fatique corrosion was cracking of metal by
strain dynamic, cycle of strain will make material faster for fatique material, and in use for long time will up to limit of strength (endurance limit/Fatigue limit).
