Recently periodic extinction of electricity was caused by lack of electric energy supplies. The financial loss is very large, not only for stopped production sector but also from demage of system and production tools. This condition certainly causes bad effects for bussiness sector in Indonesia. The low growth of electric energy supplies (6%-9% per year) is not enough to meet demand of national electric energy. To overcome this lack of energy supplies, it needs to do strategic and practical steps. One of them is inciting efficient consumption of electric energy. In order to obtain appropriate results, the efficiency steps must be performed according to user characteristics of electric energy such as electric motors, lighting, etc.
