MIKROKONTROLER AT89C51 SEBAGAI KENDALI OTOMATIS MESIN MEMBUAT CERIPING

Microcontroller applications are consumer products or factory machines consist of a small board that contains the microcontroller and support chips for controlling the mechanism. The intelligence system of a microcontroller and a memory for the program and designed peculiarly for the application of control system. One the application example is to controlling process cutting of potato, banana, cassava and others to be made ceriping. Controller of this system can be operation manually and automatically and can be controlled from long distance use control remote. Components controller the used is : microcontroller AT 89C51, optocoupler, control remote, counter circuit and interfacing a 7-segment display with hardware decoding, reset circuit and also direct-current motor for the movement of cutter knife and the movement konveyor. This system is designed can be setting to slice potato raw material, banana, cassava counted 10, 50, 100 and 150 cutting of ceriping.
